We highly recommend avoiding sending the same message to every match. Instead, take the time to read their post, understand their interests, and send a personalised message that shows you’re genuinely interested. This will significantly increase your chances of having engaging conversations and meaningful connections.
Be authentic
At ButterflyEffect, we value authenticity and believe in being yourself. We have gone to great lengths to ensure we create a safe environment where you can be your authentic self. However illegal activity will not be tolerated on ButterflyEffect. Engaging in such activity may result in being banned or restricted from the site, and/or being reported to the authorities.
ButterflyEffect is not a marketplace and soliciting is not allowed. Users who attempt to use the platform for selling things will be banned. We utilise a combination of automated systems and a team of moderators to monitor and review accounts and messages for content that goes against these guidelines and our Terms and Conditions. If you fail to comply with these guidelines, you will receive a warning, and if ignored, may risk losing your account. These guidelines are in place to create a friendly and safe community for all ButterflyEffect users.
